A Need We Feed Officers
President, The Baker League
Restaurant Consultant, M. Tucker, a division of Singer NY, LLC
Cliff proudly served our country as a Sonar Technician on the fast frigate, USS W. S. Sims (FF-1059) in the United States Navy. After experiencing the world and returning to the area, Cliff quickly developed a niche for the many aspects of the food service industry with Singer Equipment Company. With a strong customer service drive, Cliff has built valued relationships with restaurants and suppliers throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
In June of 2010, Cliff's lifelong passion for basketball grew from a pick up (when they searched to find a tenth player for a 5 v 5 game), to one of the largest leagues that is now 300 players strong, The Baker League. The Baker League continues to develop into a fabulous community asset on and off the court. On the court men, women, and children gather for exciting games and development clinics. Off the court the Baker League works with various Ocean County community groups and charities to help in their growth and development.
When Cliff isn't in a restaurant or on the court, he resides in Toms River and enjoys time with his wife, Terrie, his children, family, and friends.

Jill Hitchens is currently an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for the Investors Bank– Brick Blvd Branch. She joined the Investors Family over 25 years ago, starting as a part-time Teller in Spring Lake. Within a couple of years, she was a full-time Teller at the Toms River – Fischer Blvd. Branch. Jill proved she had what it took to advance in banking and was promoted to the position of Personal Banker a year later. After building relationships and learning more about the bank, she moved throughout branches in Ocean and Monmouth Counties, serving in various capacities, including Assistant Branch Manager, prior to taking on the role of Branch Manager.
Today, she leads a team of five and manages the day-to-day operations of a successful branch. Jill led her team through the Investors Bank Core Conversion in 2015, a rigorous process that reinforces the banks’ commitment to its customers and the community. She has successfully completed a myriad of courses, seminars and trainings pertinent to her growth and development with Investors Bank.
Jill has always demonstrated her love for the community, where she has lived and worked all of her life. She proudly serves as a Girl Scout of the Jersey Shore Advisory Board Member as well as the Brick Chamber. She previously served as a Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ocean County Board Member, the Board of Directors of the Strand Theater in Lakewood and the Advisory Board for American Cancer Society. She participates in numerous volunteer activities for the not-for-profit organizations within her region.
When not working or volunteering, Jill loves spending time with her family and her dog Rocky. She likes playing golf and relaxing by the pool in her backyard. Jill has two brothers and two sisters. She also has four beautiful children and four amazing grandchildren. She lives with her husband, the love of her life, David in Beachwood.
Gabriel “Gabe” Gillen is a New Jersey native, father of 3 amazing children, Brandon (19), Hailey(7), and Madison(22months young), and husband to a patient and beautiful wife, Neusa. He returned to NJ from after graduating from George Washington University to put his entrepreneurship and international business degrees to work. Wanting to be in the “finance” world and having a desire to help others, Gabe worked at a few mortgage banks and brokerages prior to starting his own company, Family First Funding LLC, in 2011. Along with his partners Neusa and Scott, their company has grown from a small office consisting of just the three of them to their current staff of over 250 people, 25 different offices across 10 different states. As the President of the company Gabe is very involved in the success and growth of the company on a day to day basis, but also leads their initiatives to provide the company’s involvement in the success of the community. As a company their motto is “Treat everyone as Family”. This can be seen throughout the company’s culture as well as their participation within the community. Over the few years Gabe has dedicated some of his spare time to get involved with the Northern Ocean Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. His connection with H4H comes from his maternal grandfather’s love and 20 years of dedication to the organization while living in Princeton, NJ and Winston Salem, NC.
This philanthropic gene is within him and has helped inspire others as his Family First Funding Staff helped raise over $80,000, build the walls, and had the pleasure of erecting the walls and support beams in September and October of 2018. He serves on the Housing Selection Committee, and personally reviews income/assets for applications for the H4H Northern Ocean Chapter to ensure they qualify for the income limits based on family size. He also serves on the Homeowner Services Committee for “A Brush With Kindness”, safety repairs for the H4H Ocean County Chapter as we have completed over a dozen this year.

It is only fitting that Frank parlay this experience and sense of community into A Need We Feed.
